Mrs. Jackson's Final Christmas Tea
Mrs. Jackson's Final Christmas Tea was Monday, December 19! Over the weekend, she transformed the library into a Holiday Wonderland for the kids to enjoy before going out on break. The even only takes place every 3 years, so most students are able to experience it twice (once in the younger grades and again when they are a bit older). This year is bittersweet since since it was the last one she will do before she retires.
As the students came in the library, all of the special area teachers were there to greet them and help them get their snacks and tea. After they ate, we played some games and each student was able to pick out a book to keep before they left.
We will miss this magical tradition in the years to come, but we are so thankful we were all able to experience it one last time!
